Our Practice
Frantz EyeCare was established in Fort Myers, FL, in 1994 by Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS. In 2010, Dr. Frantz saw a need to bridge the gap between ophthalmology and oculofacial surgery, and added Frantz Cosmetic Center to his already successful eye practice. The Frantz practices are well-established with 8 locations in 3 counties in Southwest Florida. Frantz Cosmetic Center serves two of those locations in Fort Myers and Naples.
Frantz Cosmetic Center’s mission is to provide patients with oculofacial services that help them to look, see and feel better about themselves. Our services include cosmetic and functional eyelid surgery, brow lift surgery, minimal incision face and neck lifts, eyelid reconstruction, laser skin resurfacing, and BOTOX and facial fillers.
